Where we ship
Clavelio currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most countries in the European Union. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us at quack74512@gmail.com.

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times
United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Canada: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
European Union: 8–15 business days

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Orders under $50 — flat rate $4.99.
International rates calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking activates within 24–48 hours.

Delays
On rare occasions shipping may be delayed by carriers, customs, or weather. We aren't able to control these delays, but our team is always here to help — write to quack74512@gmail.com and we'll trace your package.

Address changes
If you need to change a shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we can no longer guarantee the change can be made before dispatch.
