Our promise
We want every Clavelio customer to love their purchase. If for any reason you don't — for any reason at all — we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee.

How returns work
1. Email quack74512@gmail.com within 90 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a brief reason
3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (US only)
4. Once we receive your return, we'll refund your order in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

What can be returned
Any Clavelio device — used or unused — within 90 days of delivery.

What we can't refund
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items damaged due to misuse (dropping, water damage outside normal use, etc.)
- Original shipping costs on international orders

Exchanges
If your Clavelio arrives damaged or doesn't work, we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Just send a photo of the issue to quack74512@gmail.com.
